2005 Scholarship Recipient Mullins Awarded Memorial Scholarship
Recent Haysi High School graduate Mandy Mullins is the fourth recipient of the Haysi High School Class of '61 Memorial Scholarship. The $300 award certificate was presented to Ms. Mullins at the 2005 Haysi High School Awards Program by Sue Counts, a member of the Haysi High School Class of 1961. Mullins, the daughter of Barry and Lana Mullins of Clinchco, plans to attend Southwest Virginia Community College this fall and major in nursing.
